No,they r not going to die...it is not nonsense either but it's reality that you hv to accept as UMNO/BN are going to be a dictator..No project will going to be given out for those people who does not vote for UMNO/BN..but if there r the projects, it is going to take a very loooooong time..perhaps 3-6 years...as you can see the development of Sibu town since passed few years as the DAP won the election, what kind of development that you cn see?From what I knew that the projects that are still going on are all under BN's project. But it's funny to hear that most of the people in Sibu (especially the Chinese)said that all of the projects going on are under DAP project..LOL

seems like some politic talk over here....hmm...just share my opinion about penang...Penang was long time under BN, but BN did nothing for the past 18 years, and BN only interest to rasuah, and the development under BN is like snail....

and after change to new STRONG pakatan government, the development start developing fast! and almost in every aspect!

It is funny that sibu had traditionally under BN for so many years, did you ask why sibu still such an undeveloped town?

What's going wrong with BN.....it sounds familiar with Penang case.

" No project will going to be given out for those people who does not vote for UMNO/BN " - that is a bit harsh eh? it is a free country, we have our own rights to vote for whoever we want. if BN was doing good for the past few years, i believe people of Sibu will see it themselves and vote accordingly. Afterall, i still think it is wrong for government to ONLY award projects to people who voted for them and say no to whoever oppose them, it isn't fair in the first place and should be awarded accordingly depending on the demands and development, for both BN or DAP towns. Regardless of Sibu as a small town, or not, i still love it.

Don't take this Alan seriously. If BN stop investing in places that don't support them, the only places they can invest would be water pumps in some Felda settlements or the rural kampungs and villages. When there is an opportunity to receive kickback money, BN will come. It is in their blood and that's how they survive.

Most BN projects are crap and overpriced anyway. Better that they don't use your city to turn it into a laughing stock. Now Trengganu is synonymous with a collapsed stadium and penang is associated with a leaky zinc roof airport with broken toilet tiles and third world car park. Better to engage the private sector to build something of quality.

Notice how these days more and more GLCs tie up with private developers to build virtually anything?

I think Sibu also still retain like 2 seats to BN right? Nangka n Bawang Assan if I'm not mistaken.
