First of all, thanks for uploading...

but to be honest, this hotel is nothing special! The pool is very tiny and the interior design not top end, it can´t be a four star hotel by international standard!

Why not? I have seen and stayed in 4 star hotels that looked worse than that! Yet they were 4 star hotels.
On the other hand I have also stayed in some 4 star hotels that were 10 better than the some of the 5 star hotels that I have been or stayed!

It all depends on the benchmarks that one sets, but this hotel wouldn´t get much attention in other parts of the world, really!

It might be "four" stars by national (Angolan) standards but not by international standard, especially given what four star hotel standard means in (Southeast) Asia (generally good value for money) or in South Africa, just to stay on the African continent.

The rooms are OK. Rather functional! It reminds me of Ibis hotel chain which is a two star hotel, btw.

The restaurant/buffet zone looks awful - given that we are talking of a so-called four star hotel. It aims to look fancy by adding "changing lights", disco balls etc. but fails to live up to that standard that it seems to aspire to attain.

The staff looks friendly and nice on this pic but they are clad in just a terrible fashion.

The rather bland black shirt doesn´t match to the African design at all. I wonder what the designer tries to tell the client with that? Personally, I think one should either go the African way or the Western way, but please don´t mix clothes, it seldom looks good and in this case it looks so "put on", forced and woefully inadequate

...for an opening ceremony, they should have cleaned up that road...this road is covered with sand and dust. Rather unwelcoming for a "four star" hotel, isn´t it?.

The pool as I said ealier is just ridiculously small.- that effect is even heightened by the fact that all is fenced off by grey walls. Hence you feel rather caged when you want to go for a swim.

Sorry, but this place looks a far cry from what one would expect of a four star hotel . The lobby is super tiny! It could easily be a living room....and the interior design is even worse than I initially thought. The ill-matching colours are a pain to my eyes, really!
