Kapil Office Tower has a total built up area of 350,000 sft, and 200,000 sft of parking. The facility is 18 floors tall and is built to LEED-GOLD Core & Shell standard. The floor plate is 20,000 sft and is designed for high-efficiency with 6 elevators to deliver optimum performance levels. With LEED-GOLD standards, the clients in the building can save up to 30% on their yearly operation costs. The tower will also feature a Heli-Pad on the top.

Project Status:

Both the Hotel & office wing have "topped out" and cladding has begun.

Gorgeous cladding, if only it was taller Hyderabad needs more such well designed Glassy High Rises, they are almost stagnant at the moment.
