If I was mayor in Kenitra, I would go back to basics and what those animals deserve:

They are clearly not ready to ride busses in Kenitra, Casa and Rabat, so why invest in them? Let them walk and use their feet or take a donkey cart.

If I was mayor, I would fire the driver (or the one who made the decision to keep it in service) and give the company a huge fine. A professional company has Insurance for these kind of things. They had to take it out of service until it was fixed, even it meant that they had to cancel the busservice.

These kind of vandalism happens all over the world, the only difference is instead of taking it out of service and try to fix it. In Morocco they tend to keep driving with broken (unsafe) stuff, just to "save" money. but at the end of the day they only deteriorate it further and it only costs more money.

I remember a couple of years ago I "dared" to have critisism on this new company in Kenitra. They did not have enough bussis serving the miserable small network, let people hop on and off where they wanted, no bus stops or markings, busses stay outdoors on a ******* grass field,...

And here we are some years later and we see the result of this "good company ". Now In Kenitra, people and their mentality are to blame as well. Everyone is to blame in this disaster of a bus service.

People and mentality:
-People asking to hop on and off when they want, start to get angry on the driver if he tells them he has to stop on STOPS and not just like that
-No respect whatsoever for any material people use, doors get broken, windshields smashed,...
-People hopping on the bus and refusing to pay with an explanation : "ewa akhay ana makhadamsh, modafa liy khalso, ma3andish a khay"
-Refusing to take a later bus when the bus that passes is already too full, even when the driver tells them there is a bus arriving 5 minutes after him. "Laa a khoya, atmshi dokh 3liya, ana rakeb fi had tobis!"

Government
- No real punishment for people misbehaving
- Abominable infrastructure for public transport in cities (buslanes, busstops, terminals,...)
- No real controle on the company servicing the city\
- Corruption
- Corruption
- Inability to govern
- Amateurs

Company
- Busses without insurance, one driver told me the company has maybe 10%of the busses insured, all the rest is without insurance (BE WARNED)
- Forcing drivers to drive without breaks and not respecting timetables
- Forcing drivers to pay accident damage on busses ( welcome to stalinist Kenitra)
- No maintenance for the busses (the depot is here: https://www.google.be/maps/place/Fou...4!4d-6.5236424 )
- Yes, those are Volvo busses parked in a grassfield
- Having no respect for their workers and the only thing they care about is maximum profit with minimal investing

=> Kenitra is a disaster in public transport. Well in most of the local governance, really. Nothing is done correctly, nothing nothing. I see cities in the north having nice busses with even WIFI I see cities in the south with nice bus stops and people paying by an electronic card

Then you compare this to Kenitra, Rabat or Casa

In kech people have electric busses with buslanes, camera's and wifi on busses.

In Kenitra, shouha dial tobisat is still ongoing.
Kayna gher Piqala!

To me... it is weird 'cos Alsa has been always working on long distance routes and, after glancing, it serves only three not big Spanish cities bus service.

But, if you wanna guess which will be next updates, could check English version of their main webpage. It is there where they will set any improvement
