I was wondering that the other day with that headlines of 2015 thread.

Hartride works in Carillon, I presume if it was u/c, he would have mentioned it.

Aside from a small cluster of trailers that have sat on the property for roughly a year now, there has been no activity to speak of.

Since I work in Carillon (as Jason mentioned), I will be able to help keep everyone posted if something does happen.

I thought they were going to get the apartment building going by now.

I love their ideas, but for them to pull that apartment build off as planned, then they would need rents of about $2.20/SF.
