Really?!? Besides the lack of retail, I actually like that it will add something different to the skyline there, which is needed.

If it was twice the height and in downtown or Channelside I'd like it a lot more. I like that it's not a box, but agree it looks too much like an office building and out of context for the neighborhood.

I had to take bayshore to Bay to Bay for the first time in a while, and I must say as you approach the building, it does look good from street level. The wave shaped balconies are interesting and lend a sense of design.

Tower crane is coming down today.
Sure hope they intend to enclose that mechanical equipment on the roof. It sticks out like a sore thumb.
