I think the Clearwater list needs some more update:
Guesthouse is u/c
Spring Hill Suites/Residence Inn is als u/c, on Coronado across the street from the Hyatt and Surf Style (was this project even in the list?)

Though I'm unsure about the likelihood of construction, other proposed projects by Mainstream Partners include the lot at 405 Coronado Drive: http://www.clearwatergazette.com/cg/...hall-20140925/ and 325 S. Gulfview Boulevard. Gonna have to dig up info for these but I thought I'd just throw these out there.

Tons of corrections to the Downtown St Pete coverage:

- 330 3rd St S is now called AER. Topped out a while ago. Move ins are at end of April. Also has 5 retail parcels.
- USF Business School has been under construction for a while now.
- 700 Central - The other side of the Publix will be the Chihuly Gallery.
- City Center Townhomes are under construction.

No mention of the following projects (See St Pete Rising for the details):
  • Del Mar Townhomes - Under Construction
  • The Edward (historic YMCA being turned into luxury rentals, restaurant, apartments, etc) - Renovation has begun.
  • Johns Hopkins Research Center - Proposed
  • Museum of the American Arts and Crafts Movement - Parking garage finsihed. Museum has yet to break ground.
  • Priatek II Apartments - Proposed
  • Regent Lane - Land cleared. Construction has not begun.
  • Renaissance City Homes - Under construction.
  • Towns on Fifth - Land cleared. Construction has not begun.

Bohemian Tower is listed right below ONE. Union Trust Apartments are on there too. You are right about World Liquors Redevelopment though.

Not sure where I could have otherwise posted this, but Google Maps has been updated and has some nice shots of a lot of the projects U/C, especially the ones less talked about.

Notably up by USF some nice shots of the two new apartments. One on the sliver of land on 42nd st. that shows two cranes.

After all the hoopla a few months ago about new towers and downtown Tampa development nothing seems to be happening constructionwise plus transportation funding has been vetoed. Does anyone know what's happening with the AER Tower, the Feldman project, Vinikville, etc. I know projects take time but AER has been approved since 1964 (kidding, of course...1984). Rock on!

I doubt anybody on here with knowledge is holding back but it's possible.

Did you check the individual threads?

AER tower....they were doing soil testing at the Cass/Tyler connector but last time I drove by nobody was there and no machines were sitting there. Could have been due to Colin and the rain after.

Riverwalk tower....soil testing a few months ago and now they're back. They had moved to the SW corner of the property last time I drove by. This could be the reason for the delay of the big reveal.

Channel Club....see tread. Supposedly Publix is holding it up.
