Once this gets built and Bohemian. ..Imo St Petersburg could very well have the 3rd biggest skyline in Florida behind Miami and Tampa.

Interestingly, ONE will actually be taller then anything Downtown Orlando has by 15 feet, but Downtown Orlando top to bottom would still have more tall buildings by a pretty significant margin.

There's Jacksonville, Ft. Lauderdale and depending on how you count it, Sunny Isles Beach as well.

I wrote about that somewhere on URBN.

ONE will be the tallest residential building in the state outside of Dade and Broward counties. (ONE is taller than Las Olas, but Broward has at least one 500 footer on Hallandale Beach)

Do we have official heights for Skypoint and Element?

Websites list Element as 460' tall, but I've never thought that's correct. I've been on the roof of Rivergate (454') numerous times, and you look down on Element, even though it's on a bit higher ground..

I have always wondered about the heights reported of Element, they seem to suggest it being much higher but when compared to Skypoint, it doesn't add up.
