If the city gives them shit, they're idiots. The developer worked with the community and improved their project. Now help make sure they get it built!

I'm sure the change doesn't affect the project's status, or they wouldn't have closed, so I say the only thing truly in the way now is closing on financing.

After an obnoxiously long substantial change request process, the city signed off on the changes yesterday. This one is now fully approved (again) and should be starting construction soon.
