Why some of those people live in the urban core is beyond me. Gated subdivisions were purpose built for these kinds of people.

Milhaus got their demo permit and foundation permit. Vertical construction permit is still in process.

I drove by this morning and the building was still standing. I drove by this evening and the building was torn down.

They're done with demolition of the existing structure and parking lot. The site has been graded and it looks like they're starting on the foundation.
