There's a portal entry up for this under 3401 Bayshore. Residential tower up to 75 units. No floor count, renderings or site plan yet. Also, it won't have any mix of uses.

Hearing for the project is set for 10/13.

The height limit is 250' on Bayshore and that's fine, that's all you'll ever need. I'll take 250 foot towers outside of the urban core all day long.

Love it already. I guess we will find out if there really is a market for this right now.

I like how between this, Aquatica and 2907 Barcelona glass and modern design has finally taken over Bayshore as oppose to more MedRev.

I wish there was an entry way from Bayshore. Even if it was just a front door and sidewalk.

There is one on far left, hidden away.

Wish it was in the middle to break up that dead wall facing Bayshore.

Agree. More glass and steel will be a welcome relief from the stucco highrises from the last round of development. I like this design very much.

Take a look at the new condo tower plans at the former Colonnade site in Tampa
Justine GriffinJustine Griffin, Times Staff Writer
Friday, June 24, 2016 12:31pm

TAMPA — The plans for a condominium tower at the former site of the Colonnade restaurant on Bayshore Boulevard are moving forward.

Developers will submit plans for a rezoning application for the property and have released renderings that show a 24-story, up-to-70-unit tower with views of Hillsborough Bay and the downtown Tampa skyline.

The condo tower will feature floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies. The 70 condominium homes will average about 3,000 square feet. Amenities include private elevator lobbies, 10-foot ceilings, high-end kitchens and outdoor summer kitchens, and hardwood floors.

Residents will also have 24-hour concierge service, a private dining room and private parking. A shared club room, fitness center, infinity pool, sun deck and gardens are included in the plans.

Elevations are out. Looks like they're pushing it to 287'.

287' would make it the 15th tallest in Tampa.
