Coming out of downtown last week there's so much dirt torn up it looks more like a mining operation than an urban construction site. The Pearl looked like it was already topped off but was hard to tell from a distance.

I just looked and it is up to 7 stories but I think they've only been working on one corner of the project.

They're putting up the exterior walls and floors/ceilings first. No interior walls have actually been built inside yet.

I saw it today and it indeed seems topped out, but as pointed out its only the corner building or something

it's starting to look like the whole Heights project will be pre-cast boxes. Not the best, but it they make it truly walkable and urban, that would be ok.

When you're spending nearly $80 million on parking structures that's where your design budget goes ....

They've started on the next section of the Pearl. It looks like the first two floors are up already. The new section is running parallel to W Palm Avenue.

Looks like they are moving on to the 2nd building. Can someone repost the old master planned rendering

^We don't have a rendering of the full build-out, just a site plan.

What lot are they working on?

Drove by. Looking at the renderings and site plan, it is just the west portion of the Pearl on Palm. They are also working on the lower rise portion to cover the garage to the north.
