Can't go taller until POK is gone. At least it'll be a good mix of color schemes when you consider all HI towers.

I agree, been making this comment for awhile.

Downtown Tampa has some great tall buildings but then those are surrounded by much shorter buildings you cannot see from a distance.

This will broaden the skyline and like you said, fill in those gaps to give it depth.

Up close they will also add to that downtown feel.

Nice to see we have 4 cranes up in the air, but will be down to 3 once 500 Harbor Island Crane goes away.

Aquatica makes it 5 right now. Even more if you count TIA (I don't though).

Nice pics... Next time, also go take a pic from the top of the HCC administrative building's eastern stairwell. It's accessible from outside.



We've been looking forward to infill across southern downtown and Harbour Island since the 90s and even before.

Remember the Garrison Seaport Center, for starters?

The Harbor Island skyline is looking like a real skyline all on it's own. Couldn't get any pics yesterday but I was around the Sail and the angle is real good for getting a view of all the HI towers. It looks like its own little city skyline and Manor still has several floors to go.
