Looking good. This tower will be one, along with Verre, that the typical tourist will be taking pictures of. Such a blade of a skyscraper.

You have to wonder how many more penthouses like this can NY support though. Its not a surprise to me that the pipeline for these billionaire towers has quieted down recently. Not many new proposals and not as much foreign money coming in compared to the height of the boom.

It’s even more impressive in person. Even though it’s not much yet.

I agree, it's even better in person. And those pics I took of the side yesterday was late in the day, so it was mostly in shadow. When in the sun, the gold trims shine bright and it's gleaming! This building is truly glorious

The ONLY building ever that I wished didn't get built only to have whole-heartedly switched my decision around

Those who say it looks more impressive in person are correct. It looks scary tall already, based on the proportions, and it's well short of halfway up.

This afternoon:

This building is going to look like a stairway to heaven when it's done.

Yes, that's a great phrase. But I think it would be a trademark rather than a copyright.

Maybe JDS or PMG should jump on it, and create a new banner with the phrase to kick off the sales phase. And throw some geedis SMCYB's way!
