Hello!

Thanks for your message. The problem is that I'm not in Dubai to check it out.

If anyone knows which tower is on the east and which one is on the west it would be very helpful.

Thanks
Kavi

If you stand on Burg Dubai Blvd road and look at the two towers then the one on the left is T1. Behind is the address buildings, fountain and the Burj Khalifa.

Hi All,

I currently have clients who are looking to rent and buy in this building.

Please let me know if there are any owners on here who would be interested in registering their property for sale or rent or would like me to give you a valuation for their property.

I can be contacted by private message on this forum.

Thanks,

Thanks for the info. Has anyone got a P.O. Box number from Emaar yet? Will all of us have an individual P.O. Box number? Is the letters delivered to the building?

You have to register with Emirates Post for individual PO Box, for 200 AED per year to go and collect in your box located in the Post Office. If you want delivery to the building it will cost you way way more then that.
