how do you know it will not getting any better if it have good flow of lrt,bus? did you ever go to midvalley ktm station and see the crowd all the time? even though i know midvalley is in different league,and you shouldn't compare to it.i know lrt is not a big factor of it failed,but it is one of the problem for sure,
