Bangkok Sathorn has great location with walking distance to BTS while if you compare facilities and price, then The Met is another choice with better value for money, less number of units, private lift, much larger facilities on 3 storey, 50m infinity edge pool, etc. For Bangkok Sathorn, I would pay for its location if I only use BTS but not for its facilities and building features.

With all the respecflt to the bts, st the street level its not such a nice spot as well as very lonely spot at night time.

But if u like it and many others i guess they know what they r doing. The o ly selling point but the bts i see is the christian school where many parents would like an address close to the school, other then that i think its not a good spot for a residential, an office building is another story tough.

I think this is exactly what the area needs. Like many other CBDs, the area does not have much to offer at the evening/night, but this will quickly change with more condos coming up.

The design is awful though. It looks like a bit of a wall that's been knocked down.

the condo is on the wrong side of sathon. evening traffic is extremely bad, but problem is there are no alternatives but to go on sathon on that corner. and how does one u-turn to go towards wirelesa?

how to u-turn back to wireless? seems to be at the wrong sathon side at that end. also, evening traffic is pretty bad and no alternative routes home on that side except sathon.
