Hi Sanjay
Thanks for the post - its definately interesting!
Can I ask - which bank are you transferring your mortgage to? I want to do the same as i'm currently with First Gulf Bank and they are still charging me a RIDICULOUS interest fee at 07/08 levels despite revised interest rates from the Central Bank over two years ago.
Are any banks doing 100% mortgage/negative equity transfer?
Thanks!

The Bank is ADIB. I do not think any Bank would go beyond 80%.
Interest rate is 3.99% first year. 4.5% thereafter.

ARABIAN BUSINESS:

Nothing 'tangible' has come from RERA - top lawyer

Could have told them that years ago!

Hi Sanjay - I am interested to explore the offer from ADIB. Who is your contact at ADIB for mortgages?
