Jobs where you travel a lot?
What are some jobs that allow you to travel a lot? They don't need to be super high paying. $40 K USD and up is preferable.

Consulting is probably the only job that you can get out of college and you travel a lot. The problem is that traveling gets tiresome, and you are put on month long assignments, it is not like today in Tokyo, Wednesday in Paris, Thursday in NY. More like every week you visit a plant in Minnesota.

Travelling for work sounds exciting but gets very tedious after a while. Unless you are in a position you can take a couple of days off if they send you to the world's cool places to look around (which requires far more then a $40k pay check), just think of it as commuting.

FXtrader, this is your third thread in this section asking questions about potential jobs. Why not just pose any further questions in one of the existing threads to prevent the section being flooded.
If you like I can alter the title of one of them so that you can ask different questions. Thanks!

In what? My parents both have PhDs in biology but they rarely travel. They have like 1 national convention per year. It's always in the US. It's usually somewhere boring like Albany, NY.

Psychology for example. You can also do guest lectures in foreign countries, coordinate studies in other universities, etc etc.

Hmmm. Pilot... I like that idea, but I don't want to join the military or pay thousands for flight training.

Was watching a debate on tv tonight and one of the guys was the vice present of an advertising agency and he only spent 10 days per month in his home country, in this case Portugal. Although the idea I got is that the guy is really good at what it does...they call him the Mourinho of ads
