PrinceView Parksuites, a 39-storey development, is Anchor Land’s new project in Binondo, Manila. It stands on a large property in the heart of Manila’s Chinatown, offering residents the advantage of living near where their businesses are. The luxurious residential condominium is a short walk away from major establishments in the area such as the Metropolitan Hospital, Arranque and Bambang Markets, Divisoria, 168 Mall, Tutuban, and several churches. Prestigious schools and government offices are also easily accessible from the development.

And, with only a limited number of residential units, the PrinceView Parksuites provides exclusivity and ample living spaces that are rarities in other condominium developments in the Philippines.

“It has always been Anchor Land’s thrust to improve and redefine the lifestyle of our clients,” says Mr. Stephen Lee, Chairman of Anchor Land. “PrinceView Parksuites takes after the company’s maiden project, Lee Tower, because it has the practical requirements of the modern family and is situated in a convenient location.”

PrinceView Parksuites is luxurious and yet very affordable. It is perfect for families who want a second home near where they work or to give as a gift for their loved ones.

The sales office on the actual site along Quintin Paredes St., between Jollibee and Allied Bank, or Sabino Padilla and Dasmarinas Sts., respectively.

It began operations last 03/09/13. Groundbreaking is expected to be held later this year, from what I hear.

Billboard Princeview is the actual latest render of the building, sharper and less curvy than the original.

Anchor Land allots P5b for new projects
By Jenniffer B. Austria | Manila Standard Today | Tuesday | Posted on Apr. 16, 2013 at 12:01am

Property developer Anchor Land Holdings Inc. said Monday it has earmarked P5 billion this year to pursue new residential and commercial projects after booking a record net income and revenues in 2012.

Anchor Land chairman Stephen Lee said in a statement the company had lined up several projects this year, including the P11-billion Monarch Parksuites located within a two-hectare land between SM Mall of Asia and PAGCOR Entertainment City.

Lee said Monarch Parksuites consisted of four residential towers, including two offering larger and multiple bedroom units.

Anchor Land is developing two residential projects, called Oxford Parksuites and Princeview Parksuites, in the Chinatown area, where it has established a solid niche and loyal customer base among affluent Filipino-Chinese businessmen.

It will also launch another luxury residential development along Roxas Boulevard as a follow-up to its Admiral Baysuites project.

Aesthetics aside, the designers/owners are just being practical. Square or rectangular structures are more efficient (space-wise), especially in tight locations where space is a premium, than a rounded or curved structures. Just my opinion.
