Dubai Civil Engineering (DCE) is the main contractor on the job, with National Engineering Bureau (NEB) as the design consultant, developing the original architectural concept from Khatib & Alami (K&A). Zublin Ground & Civil Engineering is the contractor for the piling and shoring works.

AAA for the response! It's the best comeback I've ever seen without being given the heaveho! Lots of people seem to have the same problem around here and when asking questions the same people have something very strange to say when people have been caught up in these developers predicaments of just being an investor who paid up and got nothing in return yet not one person is here to help but to ridicule or play that silly game of merry go round! "Fraudster" is a good way of describing it!

I know people also who were ripped off in other areas and a lot on these forums seem to turn a blind eye to what's been happening. I hope you win - that's right PEOPLE POWER is the only way!

There is 3 more towers space here. This plot will not stay empty forever.

Possible that it is just accommodation for the road workers or tram workers as there is a massive amount of work going on to the roads in this area.

The market is coming back though and something might happen soon on these waterfront plots. Some of the other stalled developments on the waters edge have come back to life.

I don't, it is just a cheeky assumption based on common sense and intuition. If he/she did not do a deal then we know he/she would still be posting on here unless they were banned (again) from this site.

We also know that someone else here did a deal with Select and they were told specifically about a confidentiality clause in this case.

The apartment was amazing! It was in a perfect location and was very clean! When we arrived Patrick had organised milk, bread, eggs and cereal to be left in the fridge, which is just what we need after a long flight! The rooms were very big, could easily sleep 6 people, the views are brilliant! The location is perfect; just 2 mins walk to the marina which has over 400 bars and places to eat. I would definitely come back here! Thank you Patrick for a lovely stay!

The apartment is superb, really spacious, immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. The views from the huge windows are jaw dropping. Balcony space enough for two. Perfect location within walking distance of the beach or the marina. Edelyn and her colleague welcomed us and were very friendly and accommodating. Generous welcome pack. Highly recommended!

Note that these particular reviews are not by the units managed by TrueBlue's friend Karen unlike the ones I posted previosuly. They are for the units managed by Patrick.

You wonder where these reviews come from, the Torch location is amazing and the marina has 400 bars! Not sure Select would approve of the statement that the Torch is 2 minutes walk from the marina, they sold it as on the waters edge. It was supposed to be just a short walk to the Burj Al Arab.
