Nashville then Louisville. Hopefully the Omni project in Louisville will trigger more development.

Louisville has slow development... Nashville skyline more building than Louisville hard get growth improve for downtown development? ??

Louisville lost this race when Museum Plaza failed. There were also 3 more 20-25 story projects proposed between 2007-2010 that never materialized. Nashville and Jacksonville way ahead.

There's not that much really going on at the moment down here in Jax either, so Nashville is clearly the front runner out of the three, for having the best or the most growth by 2020.

Louisville has a lot of construction going on in the 5-10 story range downtown in the for of hotels/apartments. The omni is well underway and will be a nice 30+ floor addition. Some good stuff but a far cry from the proposal boom we saw a decade ago.
