I like this because the blocks have shape to them. Much better than the new 2WTC. This one is a conversion of an existing building, right? Or is that one being demolished?

It's a conversion, the core of the existing building will be retained during construction.

I'll miss the strong vertical lines of the current tower, but the new tower is exciting

I'm on the fence here... some renders look atrocious, others great. Gunna miss the old girl. It was spanking new when I left school.
