Just one question from my end:
How will the JRL interchange with the NSL at CCK? |

Hmm, it could be on the field next to Lot One. They could also use the bus interchange.

The question is not the space, but the approach of the tunnels into CCK. IMO, they can run the tunnels either along CCK Ave 3 or Ave 4, but the space for the tunnels can be quite limited as there are MRT and LRT viaducts around. If you need to run it along the road and terminate at the space next to Lot 1, you will have to do a 165 deg turnaround from CCK Ave 3. I think a more logical way is to run the tunnel from Ave 3 to the small strip of land next to the NSL MRT line, but you will have to watch out for the piles for the viaducts too, and doing so will man that the only place for the station is at the existing bus interchange. Another way is to run the line along Ave 4 and simply build the station under the road.
