The Exo looks completely out of place in its current design.....my main worry is that if it's built identical to the renders, the likes of an Taisce and the usual opponents to high rise in Dublin will feel justified in the opinion that high rise and Dublin city are not compatible.
The design really needs to win the sceptics over.

Its just a mess, even the cross bracing is done wrong. Awful.

Just have a bad feeling it'll be approved, because lets face the new wave of buildings going up around Dublin is very hit and miss. Some awful crap appearing, why would this be any different.

Is there anything actually going on with this building? Kinda wish they would get on with it at this stage.

Yet another minor amendment to the existing planning permission sought (i think that's the third?). I reckon it will be November at the earliest before we see action here.

Interesting that this had to go to daft.ie - signs of a slowdown in commercial demand?

Receiver development so I guess they've to prove they've publicly marketed it and achieved the best rent possible which will drive the end value for the debtor (crosbie). Only reason I can think for it.

From what I have seen before pretty much all projects are on Daft.ie - including Dublin Landings and Capital Dock.

I just hope they're not looking for a pre-let before construction starts.

Did the sale of this go through in the end? Is it NAMA looking for the let in the event the sale doesn't happen?
