How long does it take smdc too issue the thank you letter and the payment info? Been waiting now 5 weeks and first payment is due on friday the 8th

Anyone having units in Portovita Cubao.
Tapos ko na bayaran ang condotel unit ko sa North Tower last Dec 2013. Turn over date is further dalayed till 2nd half of 2015 means latest should be end of June 2015. I am very disappointed kasi my unit should have earned already.
I regret paying the condo in full.

eton turn over issues

Hello, i have a unit at eton parkview when the turn over was supposed to be 2010 and moved due to the said accident anyway, i fully paid the unit in cash and my intention is to sell

so currently its still bare and unused, i wanted to check on the unit but i dont want to sign the turn ober contract NOT UNTIL I HAVE CLIENT WILLING TO BUY?

I was reading your thread and you have mention about automatic...... kindly explaon of the same applies on my situation! Thankyou

Btw I also bought eton at taft one archers place, during the turn over i have a lot of complaints and repairs but up until now 5 yrs already still no action

Im really hell as pissed with eton, all their system is bad and i dont have yet my deed of absolute sale

Im nervous that things are getting bad so i wanted tl dispose the units asal thankyou

hello! i bought a unit from DMCI (40percent DP) and the turnover date was delayed for a year, but DMCI just informed me that i will start my Bank financing on the original turnover date, the bldg is still in construction and i will start my Bank financing already??!! is this really happening?

Yes that is happening, and this is not uncommon for SMDC projects. Fortunately for us, these things can easily be settled, all one has to do is make a formal request to start payment upon actual turnover. Maybe DMCI will grant the same. Good Luck!

Do developers tell you that owners or buyers can do this? Sometimes they don't really inform you right?

- get a bucket and fill with water and pour on the floor of the bathroom and balcony to make sure the drains work properly.
- Check the paint work on the balcony...on ours we found the inside edges of the metal frames were not painted properly so we got them to re-paint these otherwise they will rust over time.

If you can, hire someone who specialises in inspecting condo units at turnover, I don't know anyone there in Manila but maybe others on this thread can help out.

hi i need help! dana matulungan nyo ako we bought a unit in sea residences cash pero until now wala pa run laming CCT ilang years na kami naghihintay. what to do?
