No no, what I was implying was that as poor people live in slums near the canal, they keep dirtying the surroundings. That will be the real challenge for the civic body.

I thought there were quite a few middle class people living around the canal. I would say only around the south are some of the slum areas unless that has changed.

great! Didn't knew about this project. I believe VMSS can have Vishwamitri Riverfront on these lines, not grand but surely changes the city scape.
