I don't think any of the the refuge floor apartments are available in any of the the towers

Looks like they have revised it from 20% now and 80% in 3 years to 20% now and 80% at possession. I think this will inspire a lot more confidence in the buyers and probably shows that DB is more confident of completing the project on time as well.

That also means that you have to give the builder a bank's sanction letter for the 80 percent amount, which is an excruciating process. Most of the times, the banks do not give a NoC and a sanction letter. I think it is only a marketing gimmick. Also, I know for a fact that there are no customers who have been successful in achieving that so called attractive payment option

The height of third tower really scaled down? Because the ad they are publishing in the newspaper still got all 3 towers with the same height.If third tower is shorter than another two than why they are publishing 2 year old render now?

It's been awhile since I checked on the progress of the towers. Does anyone know whether there has been much progress on Tower C in the last few months? Anyone who's been to the site? Can't tell much from the pictures. Have the perrmissions come in as expected to in April,2013?
