Yangon has recently acquired new Marcopolo Scania buses for their BRT Lite fleet

I tried to create a combined map of the Strand Road Tram and the current BRT Lite system. So far I could get information about Line 1 and 3 but there's news about the new BRT Lite Line 3 already in operation

It is very sad to hear that the 2nd generation Yangon tram has also closed, and that is only after 6 months running . How pity!

It's okay. Nobody even answered my question from over a year ago on this same forum.

I didn't even see the tram when I was there. I just took taxis and waited in the bad traffic.
