So Q2 2018, that means the other two in Gachibowli will mostly open by Q4 2018 or Q1 2019 as the mall is still under construction

Only Sharath's CITY CAPITAL Mall has the best chance to open early as far as GACHIBOWLI circle is concerned.

I hate them for destroying such a prime location. Whatever was there at that location was demolished by them in 2005. It's been 12 years since :/

L&T Metro to launch Punjagutta and Hitech city malls soon -- Expected by December 2017/January 2018

https://telanganatoday.com/lt-metro-...ity-malls-soon

At one end of the city, while there is a buzz and curiosity surrounding the launch of Hyderabad Metro Rail (HMR), areas such as Punjagutta and Hitech City, which are not part of the initial launch, will also witness a beehive of activity.

L&T Metro Rail Hyderabad is gearing up to launch its two malls at Punjagutta and Hitec City subsequent to the launch of the HMR commercial operations on November 28.

Host of facilities under one roof
Built in vast spaces, these two malls house many facilities under one roof. Visitors can shop, dine and have fun, officials said. The leisure of watching movies in a swanky ambiance is being offered by PVR Multiplex on the entire first floor, while the other floors house retail outlets, food courts and so on.

Together, the two malls are spread over nearly 7 lakh square feet space. While the Punjagutta mall is spread over 5 lakh square feet, the Hitech City mall covers 2 lakh square feet. Around 90 per cent of the area is already occupied by different corporate organisations.

“This will usher a new trend. People can shop en route to their offices or on the way back home,” said an official from HMR.

L&T Metro Rail Hyderabad is constructing malls at Punjagutta, Hitec City, Erramanzil, and Moosarambagh with a combined built up space of nearly 1.20 million square feet. Among the four malls, the ones at Punjagutta and Hitech City (opposite Hotel Avasa) are ready. The other two at Erramanzil and Moosarambagh, next to the Malakpet police station, would be ready in a few months, he said.

The striking aspect about these malls is that nearly 90 per cent of the space is already booked at Punjagutta and Hitech City malls. Similarly, 60 per cent space is already booked in Erramanzil and Malakpet malls. The average price works out to Rs 70 per square feet.

All the malls have been designed aesthetically and emphasis is on optimum usage of natural light. The interiors are decked up with glossy flooring and illumination.
