Nu ar ajunge 100 de pagini, ca sa insiram toate proiectele U/C din SUA. Fie ca sunt zgarie-nori, high-rise, infrastructura pt. transport terestru, extinderi si modernizari de aeroporturi, etc....

In timp ce iti impartasesc opinia ca singurul mod de a face ceva eficient si in timpul vietilor noastre la noi e un regim macar putin autoritar (n-as zice chiar dictatura), hai totusi sa ramanem ancorati in realitate.

Imi scapa totusi de ce absolut toate costa inimaginabil de mult. Absolut inimaginabil de mult.

Astea sunt proiecte flagship, nu? Ca sunt primele care v-au venit in minte. Comparati ce proiecte flagship au astia cu ce proiecte flagship fac altii (in special in Asia), si mai ales la ce costuri.

Many wowz, Vogtle cu doua reactoare. Are rost sa ne uitam la ce fac chinezii? Poate ca ar fi facut si americanii, dar si la Vogtle am auzit ca au fost ceva tampiti care protestau. Fara sa vorbim ca Westinghouse e cu fata la cimitir, costuri peste fara numar, gazul duce.

Alaskan Way Tunnel nu prea are nimic special inafara de faptul ca animalul cu care sapa este cel mai mare. Si aici, sute de milioane in plus. Bine, au avut si ghinion ca s-a stricat jucaria.

Preturile mari sunt foarte usor de justificat. Bataia de cap cu tot felul de rahaturi costa.

Sa-ti dau si un exemplu cu materialul clienului. Sound Transit. "The proposition was rejected, with the opposition campaign led by environmentalists (including the Sierra Club and King County Executive Ron Sims) who were concerned"

Pai intr-un regim ceva mai restrans, baietii aia nici macar nu erau bagati in seama. Expertii spuneau ce trebuie sa se faca si asa se facea. Nu intreba nimeni un votant care poate nici macar nu are habar ce inseamna ala mass transit despre fezabilitatea bla bla bla...

Singurul proiect de la americani care intra undeva sus este HSR-ul din California, insa nici ala nu prea ma impresioneaza daca este sa compari cu ce au chinezii. Plus ca nici macar nu au inceput bine si deja deschiderea primei faze este dupa 2030.. China in 2004-2005 incepea cu transferul tehnologic, dupa 15 ani uita-te ce retea de HSR au.

Chiar si cu metroul din New York. Uitati-va la ce zic cei care il folosesc zilnic, dar si expertii. Cand gasesti echipamente din 1930 in anul 2017, in cel mai important oras al celei mai puternice tari din lume, inseamna ca ceva este gresit.

Pretul mare la proiecte noi este justificat printr-o multime de motive. Contracte facute prost, sapatul la adancime mai mare care costa considerabil mai mult bani, decizii proaste..

La italieni nu se mai face pentru moment, iar la Berlin este un exemplu de asa nu.

In cazul New York, costa considerabil mai mult sa sapi la adancime.

Daca o tara precum Turcia isi permite un asemenea aeroport, daca Dubai isi permite 4 reactoare mari simultan, si vorbim aici de niste tari minsuscule ca putere in comparatie cu SUA, atunci in SUA ar trebui sa vedem crema cremelor. Insa nu prea o vedem. Candva, acum mult timp, era acolo. Astazi nu mai este.

Doar ca HSR din California va fi terminat undeva dupa cel din Texas. HSR Dallas-Houston e un proiect 100% privat si merge inainte mai repede decat cel californian (doar ca cei din California au apucat sa inceapa lucrarile efectiv).

Pentru HSR ai nevoie de "bazine" serioase de potentiali clienti. Cate astfel de "bazine" stiti in Romania? In afara de Bucuresti eu nu stiu nici unul. Pe langa asta, nici vecinii nostri nu au posibile astfel de centre urbane decat cate una pentru fiecare tara (capitala).

Si sa nu faceti confuzie intre linia conventionala (Vmax<=200km/h) si HS. Combinat cu relieful de la noi, la o analiza OBIECTIVA cost<>beneficiu, eu nu vad HSR in Romania mai devreme de 20 de ani... si sunt optimist cand spun asta.

LE: am vazut dupa postare ca sunt pe thread-ul gresit. Postul meu ramane, dar se poate muta.
