Extreme rush in present north south line

After the reduction of gap between trains from 8 mins to 5-6 mins and drastic increase in fares the rush in metro had come down but after a few years today it is back to square one. Very difficult to get in north bound trains from esplanade chandni chowk central during rush hours. . People ha've to kick and push to get in. Same with south bound trains from rabindra sadan to
rabindra sarabor.

yes you can take vegetables and fruits in and come out with fruit juice. it is really nightmare when trains are delayed due to glitches or suicide. .. that time, when you get inside a delayed train during office hours, you feel like, it is over for you.. such a condition... why dont these people start trains from and to tollygunge. they do have the third platform..

I am not talking about only rush during glitches and suicides but during normal office hours. Technical problems happens in all metros and it may be higher in kolkata as it is much older and was ignored by ministry of railways all along except for the phase did I was railway minister. The present ministry is also helping it particularly last railway minister Suresh prabhu. What could be done is to make minimum fare as rs 10 and also reduce frequency to at least 4 mins initially. These may be short term measures as population grows in a few years a gap of 2 mins may see same rush.
