-- Stop over restos are also exclusive to Cagsawa Tours only.

-- Bus drivers are dressed up properly (Longsleeve, chaleco?, & tie). 2 bus drivers per bus with 5hour shift each for the 10 hour travel to legazpi. They are also given a sleeping bunk at the rear portion of the bus.

-- Buses will always travel in convoy. 2 - 3 every night.

Nice naman pala, kasi before way back early 90's i tried to travel by bus going to Mindanao via Philtranco, super walang madaanan dahil pati ang isle puno ng bagahe .......... any bus company serving Manila - Cebu route?

For long range trip, I wish bus companies in PH offer more comfortable seating like the buses travelling between Singapore and Malaysia.

An example is this Transtar's, it has individual AVOD, massaging chair, some with stewardess hehehehehe.

less luxurious, premium class seats:

Nice plate number 6666:

These bus companies need to compete with SQ, MH, and other airlines.

btw all pics are from this blog: Jom Naik Bas!

Interestingly, competition between bus companies along KL-Singapore route is strong and there are many companies that do offer such buses, including Aeroline and Suasana Edaran, to name a few...

I haven't been home for 2 years so not sure about the prices. Here's what I know to the best of my knowledge.

Cubao - Legazpi = P900+ (Cagsawa Tours)
Cubao - Naga should be less P200 (more or less)

You can take Cagasawa also for Naga. Or you can take CamSur based Isarog Lines or Penafrancia. I can't vouch for the quality of their bus and service but I can vouch the quality and service of Cagsawa. Ever since they operated, their service quality was never compromised. During the 90's and early 2000, when flight schedule to legazpi was limited to once a day, Cagsawa Travel and Tours is the preferred bus service by the elites of Legazpi when they need to go to manila and could not wait for the next flight the following day.

There was even an incident then that it was held up because the crooks knew that people who rode this bus were mayamans and businessmen. My friends mother was on that trip when it happened. That incident never happened again for they implemented metal detector inspections for the hand carried items and the passengers themselves.

Nag-order ba ang RTMI ng new King Long buses?

1. LITO BUS LINE
2. PASTRANA or PANDACAN TRANSPORT COOPERATIVE

ito ay dahil sa mga sumusunod:

4. Walang student discount kapag Sunday.

I mean, Calamba is a place for a homecoming.
