umpugan talaga yan bro, dapat may distance yan na atleast 1 meter, yung swing ng isang building sa intensity 7 ay almost 0.3 m,30 cm,300 mm

Quite unlikely! Makati is not on the fault line. There are so many buildings around with just like that. As far as I know, most modern buildings are built to a standard to withstand an earthquake.

makakaresist ang modern buildings pero concern ni @eltoro ay yung umpugan, kasi masyadong dikit

I think it is better to consult a professional like a structural engineer rather than create assumptions and unfounded conclusions.

Just want to share this.

I own a unit here and managed to get it inspected by my representatives - lawyer, architect and family members. The report from the architect is good structurally and interior wise. The unit is 98% complete and much of it will be minor installations. There will be a need to get it interiorly redecorated for fittings and fixtures as all the other condo projects. The standard is good. Bathrom and toilet are done well but the kitchen needs good uplifting. I look forward to this after the actual turnover. The unit has the views and plenty of light coming in. Overall, I'm happy with it so far.

Most of the units are around 40-48 sqm. Mine is 56 and my architect has measured it. It is correct and I got what is according to specifications. I have other invested properties even here abroad. 45 sqm is really small but if that is what one has paid for then expect to get that. If in doubt get someone to measure it.

I heard a lot of people are spreading unfounded rumours about Eton developments such as EPG, EEL and ERG. As investor located abroad, I get to believe easily on these but after having Professionals & family members to visit d project, I am more at peace. I have seen the photos, read reports & recommendations from d people I sent in. One lesson learned is to not believe everything in this forum. It's ok to hear others opinions but do not simply based our judgment on that.

ang tawag dyan sa gap nila ay seismic gap- na anticipate na yan ng structural designer kaya sila nag come up sa ganyan distance- malamang kahit may lateral forces at nag sidesway ang building hindi pa in sila mag uumpugan

Hanyang... Send me a PM if you're interested to check out my unit at EPG. It has parking but not facing the park.
