Robinsons Land's Signa Designer Residences received a 5-star commendation and was cited as the Best Residential High - Rise Development in the Philippines at the 2013 International Property Awards for Asia Pacific held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia last May 09 - 10, 2013.

I read about this. But it perplexed me. The first building has yet to be completed.

the building need not be completed to qualify for this award imo. I remember Arya residences in bgc won an international award last year even if it's yet to be completed.

I was not referring to qualifying. But how do they assess this to be the best Residential project when it isnt even completed. What was the yardstick they were using? Honestly, I am happy with the award as I have taken 2 units in this project.

prolly this is their reason for choosing signa - being the first designer residences in the country that combines architecture, interior and furniture design...

Thanks for the clarification. Perhaps it would be better described as the best designed residential building.
