Sir, that is the proposed Alphaland Bay City which is between SM Mall of Asia and Pagcor Entertainment City Manila.

I'm also requesting the moderators to changed the App status to Canceled because the Pagcor Tower has been canceled by the current Pagcor administration. Thank you
