Ahhh, makes more sense in terms of the time frame. I thought they'd done that too quickly for it to be true!

Cheers BT!

Excellent photos BT! Looks like the framework is ready to take the glass wall

Yep, they've definitely got the frames in! That wall will look great, with all those stairs open on show. It's almost a shame that it'll only ever be away fans climbing those stairs...

Just noticed how high the grey block work is going on upper concourse level. Does this mean that there wont be a window running the full length of the upper concourse?
Maybe 3 windows seperated by two food areas (like lower concourse)? Another change from the renders.

I'm interested in the upper concourse because that's were I might get my season ticket in 2013-2014.
Will there be much more space up there than in the other stands?

How high is the yellow brickwork going to go? is it going right to the top of the frame work or will there be something else going across to cover the the (Robert) Plant deck?

Judging by where the horizontal spikes meet the back of the stand, I'd say all the existing steelwork will be covered by bricks. I think a further screen will cover machinery on the plant deck.

Hope the brick work will go right to the top, will look awkward otherwise.

A lot of the brick work has been done on the other side since i last saw it. Can not wait till some of the scaffolding gets taken down so it's more visible.

You can see on the latest photos from BT where the segregation will be between home & away fans.

Also - can anyone think of a larger single facing of wall in football stadium than the yellow brickwork? Most are metal sheeting etc. Seems massive.

Bigger, but not higher.

There are a lot of giant brick structures in American sports, too.

I don't think our brick work is all that big comparatively, however, what makes ours look so large is the lack of windows, making one big brick slab

On the subject of windows, where do these correspond to? The top one seems too high for WV1, but too low for upper concourse.

Yeah, they certainly love brick exteriors in the States. Wolves are building their brick facade using the traditional method, whilst over in America they tend to use this precast panel system:

If anything, the exterior could've been completed by now if they'd opted for the panel system:

Was today our official curtain call then? Sat in the steve bull today between J2 and J3 which gave me a great view for some things I can do to my model which is one good thing I can take from today. Saying that we playing okay for like 55-65 mins compared to other games. Up the Wolves!

Old players always come back to haunt us! For me personally this has to be one of the wierdest seasons for watching my beloved team that I can remember! It seems to have been all doom and gloom since the first 3 games when we were top of the league! And why do we always play crap in the second half?
