^Beautiful render.

The render shows that the project is near the edge of a body of water. If this condo project is just adjacent to Sole Mare in Aseana, then that body of water is a creek, and not Manila Bay itself. Tama ba?

thanks

It's not adjacent to SoleMare. It's one lot away to the west, facing J.W. Diokno Blvd., and that body of water is the Redemptorist Channel.

“Las Vegas living” Monarch Parksuites at the Entertainment City
By Manila Standard Today | Friday | Posted on May. 31, 2013 at 12:01am

There is an old adage that says that the three most important things to consider in purchasing a home are location, location, and location. You can renovate, redecorate and just about change everything else in your home. But once you purchase, you can no longer change your home’s address. Whether you are purchasing as an investment or as your primary place of residence, one of the most importance decisions you will make is where you want to live.

“Where you decide to buy a home will have a great impact on your lifestyle,” says Elizabeth Ventura, president of Anchor Land. “We want to emphasize the importance of choosing a good location by giving them residential projects that are at the center of everything that our clients need.”

Monarch Parksuites is one of the projects of Anchor Land that truly epitomizes this. Located in the middle of the country’s real estate heaven, it is strategically located in the Bay Area and has close proximity to PAGCOR’s Entertainment City.

The Bay Area has in its list of undisputed priceless possessions the rich historical significance of Manila Bay’s glimmering waters and enchanting sunset. The Manila Bay is the primary international gateway to the city of Manila, the country’s political and economic center. One of the finest natural harbors in the world, there was a time when galleons manned by Filipinos docked at Manila Bay en route to Acapulco.

PAGCOR’s Entertainment City, on the other hand, is touted as the grandest tourism development to date. Four locators were awarded the franchise to operate gaming and resort facilities in the 110-hectare complex beside SM Mall of Asia. The first one to open to the public is Solaire Resort and Casino which officially began operations on the 16th of March.

An ambitious project that aims to rival the casino and entertainment scenes in Las Vegas and Macau, Entertainment City Manila will soon become the country’s most exciting landmark. Hundreds of shops and restaurants will soon open in the area, along with gaming and entertainment facilities that will delight both locals and tourists alike.

Anchor Land’s Monarch Parksuites benefits from being at the center of the charming and historical Bay Area and within walking distance from the vibrant and exciting Entertainment City. It is the perfect balance between the fresh atmosphere created by the Bay Area’s open spaces and the exhilarating lights and sounds from a booming financial district.

In Monarch Parksuites, Anchor Land created an atmosphere of opulence and comfort. Reminiscent of century-old castles, the building’s classic Dutch architecture is highlighted against the radiant waters of the bay, creating a breathtaking vision as one approaches the property. The stunning exterior blends well with the building’s luxurious location.

Its elegant façade, wide open spaces in between towers, sprawling lawns, charming fountains, landscaped gardens and modern security features all contribute to creating the perfect residential environment coveted by those who want the best of everything in the place they call home.
