If all they want is to hit 500km/h then the HEMU500X is likely to be a slightly upgraded 430X, afterall if its design speed is 430km/h it shouldn't have any issues hitting 500km/h in one off test runs.

The "plot" next to Jinmao is reserved green belt and no skyscraper will be built there.
