I see some exterior progress but there's no way of knowing how much progress was done inside the structure, so that might have been the focus since September. While February 2013 is most likely too early for completion, judging by the structure it should definitely be done this year. That said, most condos have bad management communication. Their job is to sell housing rather than provide information so I understand the frustration.

Why are there never any new pictures?? this building is beautiful and I for 1 would love to see the progress...please post any pictures you have
