Ayala Land set to build mixed-use project in Cebu City

CEBU CITY -- Ayala Land, Inc. is bringing its large-scale, mixed-use,
integrated development expertise to Cebu through its residential project Park
Point Residences which will rise atop Ayala Center Cebu’s new wing, its President
Antonino T. Aquino said.
“Ayala Land currently has 10 projects going on in various phases
all over Cebu. About P10 billion has already been poured in to develop and
revitalize the Cebu Park District. The new phase of developments we can
see slowly rising and the centerpiece is Park Point Residences which is right
at the very center of our development here in Cebu,” he said.
Mr. Aquino said that Ayala Land and Cebu Holdings Inc. will be
pouring in an additional P7.5 billion this year for various projects and one
of these will be the expansion of Cebu Park District’s lifestyle centerpiece
Ayala Center Cebu.
Cebu has become an economic powerhouse and the demand for high-end, high-density projects has not been satisfied, Ayala Land Premier Head Jose Juan Jugo said.
But it's nice to know that Ayala will be developing Cebu park district and Cebu I.T. Park to become the next Makati. Dili ra kay puros residential lang ang pang tukuron..

By the way mga bai, based sa inyo sales and survey, are the buyers really planning to live in these condo units? Or are these speculative (for selling later) or are buying them mainly for renting them out?
I'm just a little worried kay mura paspas gyud kaayo ang take up. I hope this doesn't escalate into a bubble.
This question is not just for PPR BTW, but for all the other condo developments.
Mao na akong gusto pangutanan kung buyer ba gyud ang mo puyo as a second home or as an investment? Or Investor for rental ba. Di ba kaha nahitabo ang nag down unya na over spent nga di na maka bayad? baligya nalang.
Anyway I like this building design than the 1016 nga cantilever design.
^^ Having the same apprehensions here. I have little doubts if really Cebu's real estate market is as big as what is reflected by these projects. To be sure at least.
^^ tan-awon nato di ba magnganga ang baba anang vladimirlev anang statements nimo @henz..mohilom na lagi na ba..
