Pag turnover na ba, you pay association dues na?

Not yet. I requested for July inspection. I can't take vacation until the end of the month. Peak season pa sa work e.

Forbestown Center has 12 buildings na. Di ba mukhang crowded pag natapos na all developments?

I think mas less dense yung Bellagio compared to other places in BGC. Hindi siya tabi tabi. And may unobstructed view pa of Manila Golf. Its really a plus to have a unit here.

This project is value for money!

I agree. I live in Forbeswood Heights and one of the things I value about it (though I have many complaints) is that when you step out, it doesn't feel like a main street immediately. The street between FW Heights and the Bellagios is also quite spacious, and then there's the space between this street and the Bellagio buildings themselves.

I'm a big, big fan of the BTO buildings (I think they're better built than the Megaworld units), but I once entered and came out Grand Hamptons and I realized that it really feels like you're stepping right into a public street from the lobby.

Can you take pictures of Forbestown commercial near Bellagio 2 and 3? Ganda kasi ng Forbestown pics sa Burgos circle. You have info when this will open? Any inside info on what will the anchor tenants be?

I agree with your observation. May plus bawat project. Spacious nga. Im sure this less density luxury would change once Forbestown commercial is already in operation.

I do hope that all the condos near this commercial area will patronize the all the stores.
That way we will always have a lively commercial area near our condos.

We can just easily walk to these stores instead of walking all the way to Boni High Street.

Thanks FWH. Ganda ng unit mo. In front of the Forbestown commercial.

I like this area. Its quaint. Its not crowded. I was pleasantly surprised that it turned out this nice.

Im sure iba naman yung vibe sa 8 Forbestown and Forbeswood Parklane. Parkside shops. That way we don't have to go to High Street. Malapit lang to have a coffee and snack.

This commercial area will surely help appreciate the value of the condos in the area. Salamit uli.

From Grand Hamptons Towers all the way to Fairways Tower...
The Burgos park and the 8 Forbestown/Forbeswood Parklane commercial areas will definitely be convenient for everybody.

I wonder if going to be the same effect like the Eastwood shops.
Will they have bars and bands that could cause loud noise late at night.

what megaworld project do you compare GHamptons to when you say BTO's are better built? i guess it's FWH. how about Bellagios, are they better than BTOs? Bellagios look great (exterior), never seen the interior.

Yes, I'm comparing FWH and other Megaworld projects like Eastwood and 8 Wackwack. I think they've gotten better with the Bellagios, so good for them.

The interior is not as impressive as the exterior.

The interior of Bellagios look good from the pictures that was posted so far. I don't have any complaints.
