Oo nga its such a tease.
Especially that Stamford 1 has already topped off.

Hopefully it will turnout nice.
I'm not expecting Bellagio high end finish but I am expecting a solid product.

The front is facing the service road while the back side is facing the Venetian Mall.

It would have been really nice if the front was facing the mall same orientation as Morgan.
Ang liit noon road were the front of the building is facing.

i think the entrance will be facing the mall just like morgans. look at the columns. pero yung building, they followed pa rin yung original orientation since yun ang nabenta na initially with the investors.

If you look at the 1st picture, you will notice that the U shape profile is the back side of the building.

It is U shape is facing the mall

The front of Stamford doesn't have a U shape profile in front. It has a flat profile. Just like the one facing the small service road.

Unless they made adjustments to the plans, They might have moved the entrance around but kept the profile of the building the same.

@ the rick. that's what i'm thinking. They might have moved the entrance around but kept the profile of the building the same so that they would be following the contracts of the buyers. the podium suggests that the front will facing the mall and frankly, that makes more sense since ang kitid talaga sa service road. hehe. also, i noticed when na ang baba ng ceiling height nung sa service road because of the hilly quality of the area.

I hope that is their plan but if its not I won't get mad because that's not what they told me when I bought my unit.
They told me it was facing the small service road.
I hope this is one of those times that they actually change their plans to improve the original plan.

I expect average/solid finish.
The showroom in Newport City shows what kind of materials will be used.
Very different from the model unit but atleast they are showing it.

So I expect the same with Stamford.
But I really do like the furniture arrangement they did on the model unit.
I will surely copy that.
