I'll try and get around wandsworth proper this weekend, i've also been meaning to head up nine elms way and look at riverside, plus get "before" shots for any parts of it still untouched... didn't know about the east hill hotel or peabody rebuild so I'll get them too, cheers!

Ram brewery hasn't started yet. It is waiting for planning, with a start date for construction in August. A number of backward looking nimbis sent letters in during planning though, so we'll see.

Yes, sainsburys etc. should be in the construction thread. This is a more general wandsworth thread though.

Two-storey extension to existing Georgian building

London-based Type3 Studio has won planning for the renovation of music producer Eagle Rock Entertainment’s headquarters in south London.

Eagle Rock works with The Rolling Stones, The Who, Pink Floyd and U2.

Sited in the heart of Wandsworth’s Historic Industrial Hub, the three-storey Georgian building will feature a two-storey extension clad in metal mesh.

On the horizon of that last one you can just see (L-R) the imminently-demolished building at Putney Plaza, the nearly finished Langham Sq, the likely-soon-demolished Carlton House, a couple of buildings that are staying and the imminently-demolished 113 URR. I think I'll pull together a new thread for all those lot in the construction forum.
