This will be located along Yakal St., Makati... Anyone knows where exactly? Something tells me it will be at the corner of Pasong Tamo, wala lang, just gut instinct, but I could be wrong. So is there a vacant lot on that corner?

@thomasian, the location of this project could be the corner vacant lot that's bounded by GJ Puyat Avenue, Pasong Tamo & YAKAL Street. Just my opinion, so I could be wrong. Have not been to that place for a long, long time now, but the last time I saw it, that corner lot was vacant but fenced up.

Maybe somebody could check it out?

More Power!

so after Lagazpi Columns, we got this. there are currenly 2 possible locations i got in mind. one is at the intersection of Tordesillas and Buendia Avenue. the location is currently on demolition but at present, there's no visible activity.

the second one is very near the columns along Buendia. There's a huge lot near the Golf Club (that one used by Sugarboy in his avatar before). Fence is saying demolition permit...etc...So that could be the place. last night, there were half dozen of dump tracks near the area. that's several meters away from where Columns is.

If this is Avida, then it won't be too near the Community innovations projects, maghahalohalo ang branding nila. It's possible near Pasong tamo/Yakal area as there are lots of old factories with big sites there and this would be a good fit for this kind of project. Smaller units in the 2m and less range. Sama sama sila ni Cityland near the riles hehe.

Hope the project listing below helps:

Ayala Land Premier

One Roxas Triangle
One Legazpi Park
The Residences at Greenbelt
One Serendra
Ayala Westgrove Heights
Ayala Greenfield Estates
The Legacy at Montgomery Place
Ferndale Homes
Ayala Southvale Village, Sonera
Ayala Heights Cebu
Ayala Northpoint
Anvaya Cove

Community Innovations

The Columns Ayala
The Columns Legazpi Village
Two Serendra
Verdana Homes Mamplasan
Verdana Homes Bacoor
Verdana Village Center
Celadon Park and Residences San Lazaro

Avida Land Corp. (formerly Laguna Property Holdings, Inc.)

Avida Towers Sucat
Avida Towers San Lazaro
Avida Towers New Manila
Avida Communities Naga
Avida Communities Quezon
Avida Communities Antipolo
Avida Communities Sto. Tomas, Batangas

Laguna Properties Holdings Inc. (LPHI) was originally established in 1991 to provide for the housing needs of employees and junior executives in the Ayala Land-developed industrial estate, The Laguna Technopark. But the former LPHI had outgrown its original name. Today, it already has 27 projects in 13 locations.

In 2006, the name Laguna Properties Holdings, Inc. was changed to Avida Land Corp. Shorts for “Ave” or “celebrate” and “vida” which means “life”, this new name is more in tune with Ayala Land’s commitment to transform the lives of the hardworking middle class.

2 to 3 projects a year

Avida will launch two to three projects a year in new locations nationwide. It offers pieces of property ranging from P500,000 to P2.5 million.
