I wish it is somewhere in Söğütözü area, close to Armada.. Then there will be a great chance of forming a real scraper cluster in the area.

But I fear it might be somewhere in Çankaya, because White color scrapers is a Çankaya tradition. Unfortunately we have lots scrapers splitted in Çankaya forming no cluster.

Same group had another proposal with unknown district before, and now that proposal is being built in Söğütözü area. So I think it has a chance, but we will see it will be realised quickly or slowly.

Im suprised.
I would expect such projects from Antalya, not Ankara.

The architect is Hasan Sökmen who is the Architect of thematic hotels in Antalya like WOW Topkapı Palace, WOW Kremlin Palace, and newly opened Kaya Artemis Resort in Northern Cyprus.

Btw, it might be this construction in Söğütözü which is not revealed yet. We were thinking that construction was this hotel (http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=515939) but now it is proved that hotel construction is on the other side of the road.

So we have a proposal with unknown district, and an unrevealed construction site. Let's see what will come out, I wish it is that one.

You can see the crane of the unrevealed construction in Söğütözü..
