GURGAON Sec-62 | GYS Vision | 29fl + 27fl x 2 | U/C

This project needs more visibility, so here's a thread for it.

GYS Vision is a commercial tower development coming up in Sector 62. I'm not sure of the exact location else I would have pinpointed it. The construction contract was handed to Ahluwalia last year in June

The towers have been designed by Morphogensis architects and clearly been inspired by Ambani's Antilia in Mumbai:

Client: Dignity Buildcon Pvt. Ltd.
Size: 15,88,000 sq ft | 10 Acres

The design brief called for a high rise, commercial development comprising of three high-rise corporate office towers, in one of the prime suburbs of New Delhi, Gurgaon. It aims to provide an alternative with interweaving open social spaces, and closed workspaces. Each office floor plate, approximately 1200 sq m in area, has a dedicated double-height terrace measuring approximately 100 sq m. The towers work on a three-floor low rise office typology that is stacked vertically to achieve first, a highly sculptural form and second, a variety of spaces in the form of terraces. As the design was developed, it was decided to have one Iconic Tower and 2 identical ones in order to endow the scheme with an identity.

You'd have to check with M3M group for all those answers. Dignity Buildcon is a subsidiary of them.

If they don't answer, try contacting these companies associated with the project:

Ahluwalia Contracts - civil contractor

Tak Consulting - vertical consultants

STCPL - structural consultants

This press release reveals the actual floor count:

Dec 13: TKE (India) secured iconic high-rise project in Gurgaon

Quote:
In September 2012, TKE (India) North Zone Gurgaon Branch secured a major contract from Dignity Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. to supply and install 35 TKE elevators and 6 TKE Velino escalators for the GYS Vision commercial development located in Gurgaon, Haryana, one of the main satellite cities of New Delhi and part of the National Capital Region. The elevators include 3 units of TE-HP61 (1600kg, 4m/s), 24 units of TE-GL (1600kg, 2.5m/s) and 8 units of TE-Evolution (1600kg, 1.0m/s – 1.5m/s). The installation is schedule to start in March 2013 and will be completed in November 2013.

With a total built-up area of about 147,600 square meters, GYS Vision is made up of three high-rise office towers comprising an iconic 29-storey tower and two identical 27-storey towers with food courts and convention center on the lower ground floor. The towers are designed with interweaving open terrace social spaces and closed workspaces that maximize natural daylight and provide expansive views from the office floors.

GYS Vision is a landmark project for TKEI Gurgaon Branch as this is the first installation in the North Zone to have elevators travelling at a speed of 4m/s. All 27 gearless elevators will be equipped with regenerative drive, and 24 of them will operate with Destination Selection Control (DSC). These two features will reduce the total energy consumption of the elevators and optimize their traffic handling capacity.

Winning this prestigious and iconic project will certainly enhance the image and position of TKE in India’s high-rise elevator market.
I've changed the title.
