It's more postmodern, I'd say.

I wish there were some old photos that showed how it was originally covered in tilework.

It hasn't changed much from its original state, but some tilework had to be removed since it was dangerous, and replaced with paint.

I may agree with you, but since Ricardo's Bofill "La Fábrica" is a brutalist building and part of the same project, Walden 7 has many aspects of brutalism, except for maybe the materials.
