Seattle seems to have some nice highrises planned. I haven't been there since 1997! I need to go back.

Yeah but there ain't much going up in Seattle though... I've always hoped for the West Coast to reach the 400/500 m one day; whether LA, San Fransisco or Seattle.
It's just not happening unfortunately...

FAA and building regulations limit highrises in the downtown Seattle area to less than 1,000 ft. (~330 m).

I wouldn't call this taller than current skyline. It is about the average in downtown Seattle. Nice design but won't have a significant impact on the skyline.

I miss Seattle so much. This tower looks quite nice, but again it's not really the original Seattle style. Anyways, good project.
