I wonder if some of these will have parking in the basement. That would be great for keeping cars cool.

all the ones ive seen have the first floor as a parking , residencies commence from the 2nd floor up

its way better than the typical european way where they share street space

You mean parking on ground floor, then flats start on 1st floor?

In Holland we almost only share street space, this has pushed parking space prices in Amsterdam to be as expensive as buying a german car (about 25.000 euro's).

these things are made for lower class people, not everyone will live in them

secondly, why the hell would you want them to live in jail like communist blocks in the middle of nowhere?
i do not understand you man
anywhay
these will never replace the houses in the city , the ratio is like 1:50 lol

we need ekbatan style masshousing in the outskirts.
this will break the prices-if people move there-more and more appartments in the city will be empty and the appartments will get older and older-so noone want to live there.

ke chi? make ugly subrubs and then an empty city? that will just make everything so unefficient

instead, we need to organize and redevelop mass areas within the city

ekbatan etc are nice vali yeki dotash, na ke hame dore shahr unjuri bashe, if its like that then i prefer mass villa suburbs around the city and give everyone a nice single detached house

yeah but mass housing is far more cheaper and is able to break the high prices 4 living-while villas cant do that.
i think u 4get why they started to do mass housing,it the only way people can afford a appartment,it is a solution 4 cut the appartment prices.
so there is no way than mass housing--and we have enough places in Tehran where masshousing could happen.
i think we will never have the problem of a empty city in tehran, where are u living dude?
shahr khali she?agar betunan ke shahkare.daste harkasiri mibusam i=betune tehrano empty kone beghole shoma

if these idiots didnt convince everyone to have lots of kids in the 80s none of this would of happened

why are apartments in the city so expensive? the economy is ill and the demand is high, building more houses isnt a longterm solution

i said that if one wants to mass construct then atleast do it in a nice way

if iran still had 40 million instead of 75 million, over half of our country's issues would be solved
